What happens if I need to replace someone?
Replacements are always free. If you decide to terminate a placement or a candidate leaves, we source and present replacement candidates at no additional charge. If you need a transition period where the outgoing and incoming candidates overlap, we can accommodate that — you simply pay the prorated monthly fee for the overlap period.
